Ourisman Chantilly KIA is seeking an experienced KIA Master Technician or Hyundai Master Technician to join our high-volume, state-of-the-art service center. With 26 service bays and one of the busiest KIA service operations in Virginia, Maryland, and the entire Mid-Atlantic region, we have plenty of work and excellent earning potential for skilled master-level technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on KIA and Hyundai vehicles (engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, hybrid/EV systems, etc.)
- Use GDS or equivalent diagnostic software to accurately diagnose and repair complex issues
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction (CSI) standards
- Mentor and support less-experienced technicians when needed
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Kia Master Technician certification OR Hyundai Master Technician certification strongly preferred
- ASE Master Technician certification is a plus
- Minimum 3–5+ years of experience as a Master-level technician in a dealership environment
- Strong diagnostic skills, especially in electrical, drivability, and complex systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialty and diagnostic tools provided by the dealership)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
- Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
