Qualifications:

• Active and clear Virginia SLP license
• CCC-SLP credentials or eligibility; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
• Experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy appreciated
• Knowledge of educational environments and IEP processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Tech-savvy for teletherapy delivery
• Commitment to culturally responsive and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students (ages and caseload details to be provided)
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and student support teams
• Liaise with faculty, families, and related service providers
• Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records
• Deliver services onsite and/or via teletherapy platforms as needed
