We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Project Manager / Project Coordinator Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across cross-functional teams in a dynamic remote work environment. Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication between internal teams, supervisors, and project stakeholders.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and summaries related to project milestones, performance metrics, and operational updates.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying administrative inefficiencies and recommending practical coordination solutions.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Communications, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and detail-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in common productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
  • Demonstrated interest in project management, coordination, business operations, or process improvement.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn project management tools and methodologies.
