What You'll Do

As a Store Leader, you'll:

Lead and mentor Assistant Leaders and Team Leads, setting the standard for sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
Recruit, hire, develop, and manage store associates, ensuring a talented and motivated team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and shared success across all business channels.
Build a high-energy environment focused on service, results, and team engagement.
Oversee visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects the brand's vision.
Conduct regular store walk-throughs to assess opportunities and set priorities.
Analyze market trends and sales data to develop strategies for growth.
Keep the team informed about promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Drive business performance by managing costs, tracking profit and loss, and maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Provide valuable feedback on inventory, product selection, and delivery to support merchandising and logistics teams.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of retail management experience, leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
High school diploma/GED (or equivalent).
Open availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
