A trusted outpatient clinic with over two decades of service is expanding its care team. This well-established practice specializes in orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy. Known for fostering a collaborative, patient-first environment, they are looking to hire three full-time Physical Therapists to replace current travel coverage. • Work Schedule: No on-call or weekends; three pre-set weekday shifts available across clinics
• Base Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 annually and Sign-On Bonus

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy treatment plans with an emphasis on manual therapy techniques
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to a diverse patient population
• For one of the roles, integrate pelvic health therapy into patient care, alongside orthopedic care
• Maintain detailed patient documentation in compliance with clinical standards
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to provide coordinated care across multiple disciplines
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical education sessions
• Work one of the pre-set shifts at one of three clinic locations based on availability and experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy and at least 0–2 years of clinical experience
• Experience with either Pelvic Health or Orthopedic
• Valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong interest or background in orthopedic care; pelvic health experience preferred for one role
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to work in a multi-site outpatient setting with rotational shifts
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
