ServiceNow Architect (HRSD, LSD)
Location – Remote
Duration – 6 months with the possibility of extension

Our client, a leading IT Consulting organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join their team remotely on a six-month contract. Leveraging your skills in Legal Services Delivery (LSD) and HRSD, the successful candidate will work on a critical government implementation project, responsible for tackling complex technical challenges, delivering innovative solutions and making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in delivering and supporting all technical components of complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Offer expert guidance on ServiceNow architecture, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Guarantee compliance with relevant standards, including FedRAMP and DoD IL-4/IL-5.
• Collaborate with distributed Agile teams, contributing to key project deliverables such as documentation, testing and training.
• Build scalable, high-quality solutions leveraging the company’s established methodologies.
• Identify and develop reusable components and innovative approaches to streamline future projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and actively support their internal knowledge-sharing and thought leadership initiatives.

Skillset

• Active Secret Security Clearance (or higher).
• Required certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
• At least five years’ hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Proven expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) with proficiency in at least one additional ServiceNow module such as IRM, WSD, LSD or ITSM.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly within remote or virtual teams.
• Completion of Legal Services Delivery (LSD) Essentials training, with implementation experience a bonus.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level service workflows, including areas like contracts, HR issues, privacy, and content review.
• Additional certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Exceptional communication abilities and experience working in client-facing roles.
