Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - South Riding, Virginia

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team at Era ABA Therapy in South Riding, Virginia. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting to help children build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans

• Collect accurate data during each session

• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification

• Experience working with children preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass Virginia background checks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
