Automotive Sales Representative- Nissan

Description of the Role: At Steven Nissan, our Sales Representatives are the face of our dealership and play a vital role in connecting with the community. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will help customers find the perfect new, used, or certified pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs. You’ll use your product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise to guide buyers through the entire process — from initial inquiry to driving off the lot. This is more than a sales job — it’s a career opportunity in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry where your income potential is directly tied to your performance. New hires will receive a comprehensive 30-day training program designed to set you up for long-term success. Typical annual earnings range from $60,000 to $150,000, depending on your effort and results. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in identifying the right vehicle to fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, capabilities, and benefits for multiple make and models
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Sales Team to achieve monthly sales quotas and goals
- Maintain strong relationships with past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Arabic preferred
- Prior sales experience is highly preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
- A basic level of automotive knowledge
- Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn more
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
