Accounts Payable Clerk

Lawelawe Management Group is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance operations. This is a flexible, project-based opportunity where you’ll help keep our financial engine running smoothly.

This is a consulting opportunity. Work is structured around specific client projects, with assignments that may range from short-term surge support to longer-term initiatives, depending on client requirements and needs.

What You’ll Do

• Process vendor invoices, payments, and purchase orders
• Record expense reports, reimbursements, and credit card activity
• Reconcile weekly bank activity and support cash flow projections
• Keep accurate records for audits and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Accounts payable or bookkeeping experience
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills (Deltek Costpoint a plus)
• Detail-driven, organized, and reliable
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• US Citizenship required
