Job Overview:

The purpose of the Project Coordinator role is to assist with projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This includes coordinating with internal teams, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Typical Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of projects from start to finish to include: 

• Planning 

• Executing 

• Monitoring 

• Controlling 

• Documenting 

• Closing 

• Create project outlines with deadlines 

• Coordinating project related meetings with partners 

• Ensure deadlines are met 

• Track budget and escalate to Operations Team when necessary 

• Coordinate with team members 

• Schedule and obtain inspections and permits 

• Participate with onsite troubleshooting and installs, when necessary 

Required Skills

• 4+ years of customer service experience 

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Exceptional time management skills

• Strong leadership skills 

• Ability to remain calm under pressure 

• Self-motivated to work alone or in a team 

• Ability to meet deadlines on time and within budget 

• 2+ years of experience in the IT industry 

• Ability to research solutions to problems

• Ability to maintain a clean driving record and work vehicle 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and safely use ladders 

• Ability to safely navigate offices under construction 

Preferred Skills

• Ability to improvise when needed 

• Basic software and hardware troubleshooting skills 

• Ability to document processes 

• Project Management Certifications 

• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ Certifications 

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT related fields 

• Experienced Project Manager/Coordinator 

Schedule

8-hour shift (8:30am – 5:00pm) Monday to Friday
