We are currently seeking a Decision.com Developer to join our team in REMOTE, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US). Design, build, and architect scalable Decisions-based workflow and rules solutions that power secure, compliant healthcare platforms. Deep expertise in the Decisions.com no-code/low-code platform to design, build, and scale mission-critical business automation solutions. This role partners closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into resilient, performant, and secure workflows, rules, integrations, and services. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Decisions (flows, rules, integrations, and UI components) Design scalable, secure decisioning systems integrated with modern APIs, data stores, and event-driven architectures Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance across teams Optimize performance, reliability, and observability of Decisions-based platforms Mentor engineers and establish best practices for Decisions development and governance Must Have Skills: 2+ years Decision.com development experience About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
