Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist) to join our growing team and provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents.

The ideal candidate is open-minded, integrative in approach, and values the connection between mind, brain, and body. Comfort with collaboration, curiosity about emerging treatments, and interest in whole-person wellness are essential.

This position offers flexibility for part-time or full-time work and includes a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based and integrative methods.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with the psychiatrist and TMS team to ensure continuity and depth of care.
• Integrate mind–body principles, lifestyle interventions, and wellness strategies where clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our secure EHR.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and growth-oriented team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Virginia license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).
• Experience with adults and adolescents in outpatient psychotherapy.
• Strong interest in integrative mental health, neuroscience-informed therapy, or mind–body approaches (e.g., mindfulness, biofeedback, trauma-informed care, or lifestyle-based interventions).
• Collaborative, reflective, and dedicated to both clinical and personal growth.
