🎯 What You’ll Do

As a Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee , you'll receive hands-on training and real-time leadership experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Your work will directly support nonprofit campaigns through live event activations, team leadership, and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in cross-training across event marketing, sales, customer service , and campaign operations

• Support the daily management of nonprofit promotional events at retail locations

• Lead small outreach teams and manage multiple event sites within your first 90 days

• Coordinate with nonprofit partners and retail clients to ensure campaign success

• Develop and apply leadership skills as you grow toward a management role (6–12 months)

• Assist in expanding our West Coast market presence during a dynamic phase of growth
