Responsibilities:

• Communicate product and service options effectively with customers.
• Provide prompt responses and feedback to customer inquiries.
• Make outbound calls.
• Address customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, managers, and technicians for exceptional service delivery.
• Schedule appointments efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Service Titan highly preferred.
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of call center customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience as a Dispatcher is a plus.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Service Titan Knowledge highly preferred.
• Experience in the service industry, HVAC, or Construction highly preferred.
