Payroll Administrator
Our company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. This vital role ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintaining accurate employee payroll records, including salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Calculating and processing payroll taxes, garnishments, and other deductions.
- Reconciling payroll accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Generating and distributing payroll reports to management and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Collaborating with Human Resources and other departments to maintain accurate employee data.
