Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking dedicated and skilled Solar Installers to join our team with a strong background in Mechanical. Responsibilities

• Install solar panels and associated components on residential rooftops
• Work with team members to ensure smooth and efficient installations
• Perform electrical wiring and connections for residential solar systems
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service during installation and post-installation support

Requirements

• Prior experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring principles and codes
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
