What You’ll Do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, LP gas, etc.)
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure quality work before the RV goes to the customer
• Complete minor carpentry, sealant, and hardware repairs
• Move, clean, and prepare RVs for customer delivery
• Help educate customers on how to use and care for their RV
• Work outdoors and indoors depending on the job
• Participate in paid training and certification programs (earn more as you advance!)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting (home, RV, facilities, or similar)
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
• Willingness to learn electrical, plumbing, and RV systems
• Great attitude and customer service mindset
• Team player who enjoys a positive, friendly workplace
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to climb ladders, crawl under units, and work outdoors

No automotive engine work required. This role focuses on RV systems, not engines.
