Construction Coordinator / Construction Assistant / Construction Administrator
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator / Construction Assistant / Construction Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring seamless coordination among teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Your energetic approach will help drive project efficiency, maintain meticulous documentation, and uphold the highest standards of construction management. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, ensuring timely progress across all phases.
- Coordinate daily activities on construction sites, including tracking progress, managing documentation, and supporting site safety protocols.
- Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and procurement documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets.
- Support project managers with cost estimation, budgeting, and construction estimating using tools like HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
- Facilitate communication among architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure clarity on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Use ProCore or similar platforms for document control, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and daily reports to maintain organized project records.
- Assist with project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance and quality standards while maintaining detailed records of inspections and incidents.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks across multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction site coordination or administrative support within a construction environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid or similar tools is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction processes including contracts, project scheduling, cost estimation, and project management principles.
- Hands-on experience with construction site activities or fieldwork is a plus; candidates should have a solid grasp of safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while demonstrating strong time management skills.

Experience:
- supporting construction, industrial, or field operations: 3 years (Required)
