Location: Dulles, VA (20166) - Onsite

Salary: $23 - $27/hr

Job Summary: Sight & Sound Systems, Inc. (SASSI) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help us maintain our warehouse and fleet. This position will be responsible for the receipt, dispatching, staging and storage of merchandise in our warehouse, while keeping a concise record of inventory, accurately filling customer orders, and overseeing our vehicle fleet. A successful Warehouse Associate is diligent, organized and detail oriented. You should be able to keep good records and keep track of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels remain steady both in the warehouse and across company vehicles. To ensure success you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes profits. What You’ll Do :

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock
• M aintaining clear records on all inventory and stock
• Inspecting all stock for damage and keeping records of damages
• Organizing the warehouse space
  
• Preparing materials for projects
  
• Recording arrival and departure times for shipments
• Tracking late shipments
• Shipping materials for returns or repairs
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records
• Coordinating fleet maintenance, including scheduling routine service (oil changes, tire rotations) and necessary repairs
• Conducting regular checks of van stock to ensure technicians have the required inventory and materials

What You’ll Need :

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Valid drivers' license
• Proficient computer skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with inventory software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Understanding of inventory management procedures
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding people skills, organizational, multitasking, and critical thinking skills
• Associate's degree a plus

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard
