Immediate Need 7pm-10pm Monday-Sunday Great opportunity for experienced caregivers seeking meaningful part-time and full-time work, kind individuals interested in becoming caregivers and those looking to supplement their income while making a difference in someone's life. We are seeking a kindhearted, patient and thoughtful individual to work regular weekdays and/or weekends late afternoons. Very light personal caregiving case in Charlottesville. Along with light dressing and shower support the companion caregiving activities include maintaining a beautiful and very organized home. A refined cooking ability with nutrition focus would create a strong bond. Running errands together are needed. It’s easy to go to work when you’re making someone’s day. Every day. As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you make a lasting impact that betters the lives of our clients AND their families. Senior Helpers caregivers provide one-on-one personal care to help our clients remain safe and independent in their home. We personally introduce you to clients and provide you training and direct support in establishing a caregiving relationship with them. • Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
