As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance with calm professionalism. You will document observations, support access control procedures, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, corridors, loading docks, parking areas, and the building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and access concerns.
• Monitor access control points and visitor flow, including checking identification where required, directing deliveries to designated areas, and documenting access activity per site policy.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordinating with site contacts, and requesting public emergency services when needed.
• Complete detailed reports and incident documentation, communicate important updates during shift transitions, and use site systems to record patrol activity and security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
