As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide:

• Case Management Services : Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.
• Service Plans : Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients’ specific needs and goals.
• Crisis Intervention : Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.
• Evaluations and Assessments : Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues.
• Facilitate Wraparound Meetings : Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports.

  • Fully Licensed: $61,600 - $65,200

  • Final compensation will also depend on factors such as education, licensure level, experience, and other qualifications.
