Exciting travel opportunity for an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist specializing in Neuro IR procedures, based in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of neuro interventional radiology procedures using cutting-edge Phillips and GE biplane imaging equipment
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprised of registered nurses and technologists to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Meditech electronic medical record system
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide on-call support during nights and weekends, contributing to urgent and critical patient needs

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years hospital experience in Interventional Radiology, with a strong focus on Neuro IR procedures
• Proficiency with neuro IR imaging techniques and equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, specialized unit with a small, skilled team
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Must be able to fulfill call and weekend on-call responsibilities

Schedule:

• Day shifts primarily, with on-call duties for evenings and weekends
