Busser

Position Overview:
We are seeking attentive, hardworking Bussers to support our service team in delivering a seamless and elevated dining experience. As a Busser, you play a critical behind-the-scenes and guest-facing role—ensuring tables are impeccably maintained, service areas are fully stocked, and guests receive efficient, polished support throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and precisely according to restaurant standards
• Support servers by delivering water, bread, and other table items as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms
• Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs in a timely, unobtrusive manner
• Stock and replenish service supplies (linens, glassware, flatware, condiments)
• Assist in maintaining proper table pacing and flow of service
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dish racks, and bus tubs (up to 40 lbs)
