This isn't a desk job, and it isn't a position for someone who wants to manage by email. You'll spend your evenings in the field, coaching leaders, supporting employees, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring our operations run smoothly across a diverse portfolio of commercial facilities.

What You'll Lead

• Multiple commercial facilities throughout Williamsburg and Hampton Roads
• A team of supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees
• Client relationships built on trust and responsiveness
• Staffing, retention, training, and operational performance
• Quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
