In this SETA role, you use your expertise to perform Systems Administration for a COMSEC group. A Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) provides technical expertise to the Government. By working hand-in-hand with your Government customer, you'll have the opportunity to influence mission success to a greater degree than anywhere else. - Upgrades: Perform and document hardware, software, firmware testing & upgrades
- Troubleshoot: Resolve technical issues & anomalies
- Maintenance: Perform and document scheduled maintenance, including patches & hotfixes
- Assessment: vulnerability, document, and mitigate
- Access: Help users with requests (permissions, access, etc.)
- Systems: Make recommendations for future systems
- Location: On-site.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal travel.
- Working Hours: Standard 40 hours per week.
- Clearance: Top Secret SCI with Polygraph.
- Experience: 3+ years' experience as a System Administrator
- Experience: Military / DOD / IC space and ground experience
- Education: AA or BS in STEM degree
- Certifications: IAW NRO Directive 50-05, information Assurance Workforce Enhancement Program (IAWEp) category information Assurance Technical level ll (lAT ll) is desired (but not expected).
