ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a group of talented sales producers to reach their full potential and hit individual goals.
Design and implement effective strategies that expand our reach throughout Virginia and beyond.
Provide daily support, coaching, and real-time feedback to help team members refine their sales techniques.
Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and celebrate team wins.
Collaborate with the leadership team to set ambitious, achievable growth targets.
Foster a culture of mutual support where everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas and asking for help.
RequirementsState-issued Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license.
Three or more years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
Demonstrated ability to mentor sales professionals and drive consistent growth.
Strong comfort level with data-driven sales performance tracking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team building and client interactions.
Knowledge of regional market trends within the insurance industry.
