Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Bookkeeper / Office Clerk:

• Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and administrative records
• File and organize forms, documents, and correspondence
• Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
• Assist with payroll processing and balance financial books
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and staff
• Support daily administrative tasks, including responding to emails and managing office communications
• Maintain a neat, organized, and efficient office environment

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Excel and some bookkeeping preferred
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Background check and drug screening required
