What you’ll tackle

• Operate and sustain blow molding equipment producing containers in various sizes and colors.
• Guard quality—monitor bottles and adjust processes to meet stringent specifications.
• Own changeovers: hang molds, set up machines, and verify readiness to run.
• Diagnose and fix issues across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain supporting assets: chillers, air compressors, grinders, and blenders.
• Recommend smarter methods and equipment use to raise efficiency.
• Communicate problems to supervisors; coach and assist fellow team members to resolve issues quickly.
• Step in for operators on any shift when coverage is needed.
• Lead by example on safety, GMP compliance, and housekeeping.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance; experience with blow mold maintenance is a plus.
• Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting/repair chops.
• Hands-on exposure to plastic extrusion and blow molding.
• Stamina to stand for long stretches; ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs with twisting.
• Comfort working in non-temperature-controlled and temperature-controlled areas; may encounter higher noise levels depending on location.
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator when required.
• Committed to Health & Safety GMP regulations and willing to work overtime when necessary.

Pay that reflects your impact

Earn $30.00–$35.00 per hour, plus an extra $0.75/hour for hours worked after 1st shift. Receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus and be eligible for a 3% quarterly incentive. Compensation is negotiable based on your experience and skill set.
