Packaging Die‑Cut Press Technician

- Are you experienced—1 to 3 years—operating a die-cutting press, ideally in printing/packaging?
- Do you like setting up complex jobs, checking specs, and solving problems before they become downtime?
- Can you balance speed with flawless quality in a fast-paced, team environment?
What the job asks of you (2nd Shift)
- Set up, fine-tune, and run the die-cutting machine, including stripping and blanking.
- Break down the previous job; log impressions for saved work with date, press, and chase number; dispose of or retain dies as marked.
- Pull samples and perform glue set checks to validate accuracy against specifications.
- Monitor quality continuously and correct issues on the fly to protect throughput and standards.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
- Operate safely and efficiently while contributing to a collaborative, high-velocity team.
