The Community Sales Associate is responsible for supporting sales efforts by managing leads, coordinating marketing events, and providing tours to prospective residents and their families. The role includes assisting with data entry, appointment scheduling, and supporting Community Sales Directors to facilitate the move-in process. Candidates should have strong sales, communication, and organizational skills, with at least two years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities:
  • Help cultivate a strong pipeline of sales leads and assist with lead base management.
  • Use your sales and marketing skills to connect with referral sources and help plan creative marketing events.
  • Proudly tour (or as we like to say, personal visits) perspective residents and their family.
  • Coordinate the move-in process for new residents.
  • Provide support to the Community Sales Directors in terms of data entry, maintaining a supply of marketing collateral, and scheduling appointments.
Salary Range: USD $24.50 - USD $28.25 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure:

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Our Community Sales Associates also are part of our sales commission program , which is not part of listed pay range. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

Qualifications:
  • You have 2+ years of experience supporting a sales team or similar professional experience.
  • You connect quickly with people and have strong sales skills.
  • You have advanced skills in MS Office products.
  • No matter how busy you are, you are organized and can multi-task.
  • Your communication and customer service skills are top notch!
