TITLE: Co-Manager (Quick Service Restaurant)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually
- Performance Bonus: Competitive bonus program

SUMMARY
The Co-Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). Working alongside the General Manager, this position helps ensure operational excellence, exceptional guest service, strong financial performance, and effective team leadership.
This role is responsible for coaching team members, maintaining food quality and safety standards, controlling labor and food costs, and driving a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to developing high-performing teams while delivering consistent operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support daily restaurant operations in a high-volume QSR environment
- Lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members to deliver outstanding guest service
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of restaurant staff
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Monitor labor, scheduling, and productivity to achieve operational goals
- Assist with inventory management, food cost control, and waste reduction
- Help drive restaurant sales, profitability, and overall business performance
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and health regulations
- Serve as Manager-on-Duty and provide leadership during assigned shifts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous leadership experience in a Fast Food/QSR , or other high-volume restaurant environment
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing restaurant team members
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, labor management, and customer service
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, food cost control, and cash management preferred
- Ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work approximately 50–55 hours per week
- Willingness to complete an 8-week management training program , which includes travel to North Carolina (either staying there for most of the training period or traveling one day per week to the training facility)
- High school diploma or GED not required
- Valid driver's license required
- Must successfully pass a background check, assessment, and drug screening

TRAINING
New leaders complete a structured 8-week management training program in North Carolina. Training options include:
- Remaining in North Carolina for most of the training period, or
- Traveling to the training facility one day per week throughout the program.
