Responsibilities:

1. Crafted Libations:

• Prepare a wide range of beverages with precision and efficiency, following our recipes and timing standards.
• Showcase your expertise in craft beers, liquors, and wines, offering recommendations and providing insights into flavor profiles.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking identification to verify legal drinking age and avoiding over-serving guests.

1. Guest Satisfaction:

• Provide outstanding guest service at all times, creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to answer guest inquiries about menu items, ingredients, allergens, availability, and Apex Entertainment policies.
• Engage with guests, offer personalized recommendations, and create a pleasurable and memorable experience.

1. Bar Operations:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Complete opening and closing side work, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and evaluating product quality.
• Collaborate with team members, assisting in various tasks such as answering phone calls, seating guests, and supporting other servers.

1. Adaptability and Awareness:

• Stay informed about the facility's activities and surroundings, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Flexibility is key, as you may be involved in corporate or private events as needed.

1. Team Player:

• Work collaboratively with the team, effectively communicating needs and ensuring smooth operations.
• Display a positive and professional attitude, fostering a supportive and energetic work environment.

1. Additional Duties:

• Embrace additional tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the establishment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment, with TIPS certification.
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays (weekend availability is a must).
• Experience in event bartending is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (40+ pounds).
• Excellent multitasking abilities, maintaining composure in busy situations.
