As a Chick-fil-A Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a high-performance team culture. You will work closely with the Operator and leadership team to uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards of quality, hospitality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage, train, and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all company and health department standards
• Drive excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns with professionalism
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to maintain profitability
• Collaborate on goal setting, team performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain strong communication across all levels of the restaurant team

Qualifications:

• Prior management or leadership experience in food service or retail (Chick-fil-A experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail and customer satisfaction
• A positive, servant-leader attitude and passion for developing people
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
