The Accounting Manager serves as an integral part of the corporate accounting team responsible for providing timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis for Winebow.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly close processes including departmental expense reviews and supporting workpapers for financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Manage the annual financial statement audit process with external audit firm.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision -making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax filings and audits.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
• Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards and/or suggests improvements to manager.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license required.
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
