W h at You'll Do

Dive deep into the landscape of Business AI, exploring current trends, methodologies, and best practices.
Learn and understand SAP NS2's existing systems using SAP AI - Business Transformation Platform (BTP) and identify opportunities for AI and data analytics integration.
Collaborate closely with various engineering teams to facilitate the adoption of AI and data-driven solutions.
Engage with customers to gather requirements, understand their challenges, and translate them into actionable AI functionalities, considering the role of data insights.
Contributes to the design and conceptualization of SAP’s new AI-powered features and products, potentially incorporating data analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in developing and optimizing machine learning models
Strong competence with various tools, procedures, and programming languages relevant to machine learning and AI, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
Experience in applying recent research breakthroughs to real-world problems to create business value.
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Skills:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects with moderate complexity.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to enhance existing systems and processes.
Excellent communication skills to build collaborative work relationships and convey relevant messages clearly and constructively.
Proficiency in designing and implementing novel machine learning algorithms.
Understanding of AI ethics and explainability.
Ability to ensure performance and system scalability through collaboration with development teams.
Personal Attributes:

Innovative mindset to push the frontiers of machine learning with real data.
Ability to understand business problems from beginning to end and apply research insights effectively.
Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 84900 - 185000 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
