- Greet and assist patients and visitors, creating a positive first impression
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other documents
- Provide back office administrative support to more than 70 multi-specialty practices
- Assist and support the administrative leadership team
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
