Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within pharmacy services, preferably as a Vice President or Director.
• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacy license in good standing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacy operations, clinical services, and healthcare regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving strategic goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software and technology solutions.
