Work You'll Do

As a Project Consultant, ServiceNow Developer , you will:
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into development tasks, workflow designs, and ServiceNow solutions
  • Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow capabilities, including client scripts, platform configurations, and scalable technical solutions
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements to validate functionality and resolve issues across the platform
  • Document development activities, system updates, and revisions, and create user-facing documentation and operating instructions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support agile delivery, status reporting, and solution refinement

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • 6+ years of overall experience in technology, systems implementation, or application development
  • 2+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions in ServiceNow
  • Must be local to the Northern Virginia area
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or other ServiceNow certification
  • Experience supporting federal, state, or local government clients
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments
  • Experience with workflow design, user stories, and end-user documentation
