We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Care team in Harrisonburg and nearby communities.
This is a flexible position that can accommodate full-time or your current schedule, ideal for evenings, after your primary job, or weekends. Responsibilities:- Conducting initial and ongoing nursing assessments
- Developing and updating individualized care plans,
- Completing office paperwork, care plan updates, and required regulatory documentation
- Conducting caregiver initial paperwork and training as needed
- Active RN license in the state of Virginia (required)
- CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- New RNs with no prior home care experience are welcome to apply; training and ongoing support are available.
- Mileage reimbursement will be provided based on the current Virginia rate for travel to and from patient visits.
