Delivery Driver
Ellie Bird is seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting food, products, and supplies from Falls Church to Washington DC. Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver product and supplies from Ellie Bird VA to Rooster & Owl in WAshington DC
- Verify orders for accuracy and checking in with the chefs at both locations before departing.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Occasionally picking up liquor in Virginia, from the local VABC
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage or spills.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Complete required delivery documentation.
- Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Clean and safe driving record preferred
- Ability to safely lift and carry packages as needed.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Professional, courteous, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
Cargar, transportar y entregar productos y suministros de manera segura desde Ellie Bird (Virginia) hasta Rooster & Owl en Washington D. C.
Verificar la exactitud de los pedidos y consultar con los chefs de ambas ubicaciones antes de salir.
Mantener el vehículo de reparto limpio y organizado.
Recoger ocasionalmente bebidas alcohólicas en Virginia, en la tienda local de la VABC.
Manipular los productos con cuidado para evitar daños o derrames.
Brindar un servicio al cliente cortés y profesional.
Completar la documentación de entrega requerida.
Cumplir con todos los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y las normas de tráfico.
Requisitos
Se requiere licencia de conducir válida.
Se prefiere un historial de conducción limpio y seguro. Capacidad para levantar y transportar paquetes de forma segura según sea necesario.
Buenas habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
Actitud profesional, cortés y confiable.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y seguir instrucciones.
Horario El puesto requiere trabajar de martes a sábado, comenzando a las 12:00 p. m. en Ellie Bird y extendiéndose hasta completar el viaje de regreso y devolver la furgoneta (generalmente alrededor de las 2:30 p. m.). El pago de este trabajo se realiza diariamente.
