Membership Coordinator

Part-Time Membership Coordinator Location: Onley, VA (Onsite)

Schedule: 20–30 hours/week. Days and hours flexible within Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Overview: Seeking a friendly, organized Membership Coordinator to provide front-line support and assist with daily office operations in a professional office environment.

Key Duties:

  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and in person

  • Process membership applications and updates

  • Assist with system access, events, payments, and basic admin tasks

  • Support meetings and occasional events

Qualifications:

  • Solid customer service and communication skills

  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

  • High school diploma required

  • Customer service/admin experience preferred

Onsite role with growth potential.

salary: $18 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 12 PM

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, responsive support to members through phone, email, and in-person interactions, in conjunction with support staff.
 Answer questions about the company and membership options, costs, and related benefits.
 Process new member applications and help ensure they receive timely and smooth access to all necessary systems.
 Maintain accurate membership records and handle routine updates.
 Offer basic assistance with Association benefits, MLS systems, lockboxes, and other related technology and tools.
 Support members with updates, resetting passwords, making payments, registering for events and classes, and other related tasks.
 Assist during events, classes, and other activities, including occasional offsite and onsite support outside the main office.
 Perform routine office and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly and the office orderly.
 Work independently at times to ensure consistent in-office coverage.
 Take on additional responsibilities as needed or directed.
