Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (plus overtime and weekends as needed)
Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Position Summary

Are you an experienced Warehouse Office Clerk or Coordinator looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in purchase orders, including LANK purchase orders , to support daily warehouse and administrative operations.

This role combines office responsibilities with occasional hands-on warehouse support, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders (including LANK purchase orders) with accuracy
• Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff, management, and external partners
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to operations
• Prepare reports, shipping documents, and order-related paperwork
• Track shipments and resolve shipping discrepancies
• Assist with inbound receiving and coordinate delivery appointments
• Maintain and update inventory records within WMS systems
• Support inventory counts, audits, and stock accuracy
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure product flow
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures

Additional Duties

This is primarily an office-based role, but candidates must be willing to assist on the warehouse floor when needed, including:

• Loading/unloading trucks
• Operating or learning to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Wrapping pallets and organizing inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in a warehouse office, administrative, or coordinator role
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders (LANK PO experience strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and become forklift certified
