Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices, and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
- Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience.
- Good knowledge in DevOps, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
- Ability to contribute to modern delivery pipelines.
- Platform setup for developers.
- Resolve platform and AWS services issues.
- Conduct brownbag sessions.
- Research and develop new technology.
- Passion for working on new technology.
- Good coding skills in any language; Kubernetes is a must; ISTIO and Groovy are preferred.
