Pilot Plant Lab Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $28.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00pm to 06:00am )

• We are seeking a Pilot Plant Technicians with mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our pilot-scale Rare Earth Element separation processes.
• This role is essential in the transition of laboratory-scale chemistry into full-scale production.
• The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and has a passion for working with equipment and instrumentation.

Pilot Plant Lab Technician Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn about chemical operations and chemical process equipment.
• Working knowledge of chemical safety practices, including handling acids, and bases.
• Ability to read and interpret process instructions, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a laboratory environment with small-scale equipment.
