CONSTRUCTION SITE ACCESS SPECIALIST

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay Range:$18-$25 (BOE)

• Full-time, W2 employment, Long term contract

• Schedule :40 hours a week, site is open from 4:30a-7:30pm - schedule will vary

ROLE IMPACT

The Construction Site Access Specialist plays a key role in maintaining a secure, organized, and professional job site environment. Serving as the first point of contact for workers, subcontractors, and visitors, this position ensures all personnel entering the site are properly verified, credentialed, and in compliance with access requirements. Combining strong customer service skills with attention to detail and comfort using digital tools, the Specialist supports smooth site operations, timely onboarding, and a positive experience for everyone on site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist all site personnel, vendors, and visitors while verifying proper credentials before granting access.

• Manage daily access control operations using digital badging, QR codes, or biometric tools.

• Ensure all site entry points remain orderly, professional, and compliant with security and safety standards.

• Support onboarding by assisting workers with registration, credential setup, and digital platform access.

• Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate unresolved access or credential issues to centralized support teams.

• Maintain accurate logs of workforce and visitor activity, ensuring real-time accuracy in compliance tracking systems.

• Communicate effectively with construction managers, subcontractors, and safety teams to resolve entry-related concerns promptly.

• Represent the project and platform with professionalism, courtesy, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, security, construction administration, or access control roles.

• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital credentialing tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment.

• Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail when handling sensitive access or credential information.
