Assistant Registrar
- Maintains, in conjunction with school administrative assistants, data regarding teaching spaces to ensure accuracy of equipment and seating records (Coursedog)Types congratulatory letters to all students completing degree requirements in December and August.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities :
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years in a related position with experience in higher education preferred.
- Able to handle large call volume and face-to-face inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.
- Proficient in MS Office products, with an ability to learn College specific software.
