About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor with a proven track record in sales and customer service to join our General Motors/Chevrolet service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands dealership operations, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately document service needs.
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Prepare and present detailed service estimates and repair orders.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain strong follow-up communication with customers regarding status updates and approvals.
- Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets for service department.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in a GM or Chevrolet dealership (or similar OEM experience).
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and dealership service processes.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
