• Looking for someone that can help with events and catering events when scheduled
• Need someone to fill in when employees call out
• Will need to work a flexible schedule (Potential to work 10-25 hours per week but not guaranteed)
• Will be required to work week day and weekend events
• Will be required to travel to site locations (Up to 30 miles)
• Will need to report on time
• Will need to be ready to work but have fun
• Will be required to interact with customers
• Take orders and relay to kitchen
• Exchange money and take credit card transactions
• Hand out orders
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Keep stock levels up on assigned areas
• Assist with chef when needed
• Wash dishes when needed
• Willing to work in close quarters
• Willing to work in hot and cold temperatures

We are a family owned and operated food trailer. We were established July 2021 and have been moving forward every since. The owner is a veteran of the United States Air Force in which the trailer and food is designed from. Each items is named after a military aircraft from any of the branches of the military. We serve hand-pattied burgers, hand-cut fries, grilled chicken, hot dogs, etc. and love doing it. We love to give back to veterans and their spouses as we serve the community a good hearty meal. We hope to continue to grow as time goes on. If you aren't serious about this position please don't apply.
