Job Description

GDIT is seeking a senior-level technical targeter who is knowledgeable about the art of targeting and experienced in successful application of methodologies and tools. The position involves both line-level targeting work but also a significant amount of managing and coordinating among mission stakeholders. A successful candidate will have an established track record working in challenging assignments and be comfortable taking the lead and working independently.

Tasks:

• Senior-level technical targeting skills

• Management and coordination of dispersed stakeholders and teams

• Write and coordinate memos and reports

Required Skills:

• Established track record of technical targeting success

• Knowledge of and ability to use customer tools

• Demonstrated experience assimilating and evaluating large amounts of data from different sources

• Ability to extract necessary information from different types of datasets

• Ability to translate information into actionable goals

• Experience with creating relationships and ability to create and maintain new ones

• Strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills

Desired Skills:

• Foreign language experience (spoken, written, or reading): Arabic, Russian, or Farsi

• Prior experience in cyber security positions

• Writing and briefing technical information to non-technical audiences

Education Requirement

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Experience Requirement

• 8-10 years of experience

*A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
